Our Purpose
We believe that a church with a Great Commitment to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission
will accomplish great things.
Now what in the heck does that mean!
Simply put, we are striving to make our life at Faith UMC all about the following things:
- Worship not an event you attend but a life to be lived. We want everything we do honor our Creator
- Community-Building We werent meant to live life isolated from others. We need healthy relationships to help us grow and thrive in our lives of faith.
- Spiritual Growth There is no more exciting adventure or fulfilling challenge than that of a lifelong pursuit of becoming like Christ.
- Service John Wesley, the founder of Methodism said, Do all the good you can, in all the ways you can, to all the souls you can, in every place you can, at all the times you can, with all the zeal you can, as long as ever you can. We have found that, to the extent we do that, we are blessed.
- Sharing Our Faith Our faith should not be a secret. We seek to share it through our words and by the way we live.
